Bring a hard copy of your presentation (unless you will submit electronically); copying facilities are limited.

Please share rooms, if at all feasible; the hotel has only 60 rooms. Other accommodations. (Most others are near the Avalon Bay and are some distance - downhill - from the meeting site.)

Meeting check-in will begin on Tuesday (5/16) evening. You may stop by and pick up your receipt, name tag, and other information.

All meals and break refreshments on May 17-19 (except dinner on May 19) are included in the registration fee.

Guests are welcome, but you must register them for specific meals and reimburse by May 1. No Exceptions.

Meal prices will be available upon request.

The rooms have phone lines that may be used for computers.

The hotel has a fax machine (310-510-0900) available (for a charge).
